The caller can select from a menu the type of event of interest and then, after selecting other details using DTMF tones, he is asked to input his credit card

In 1999, the ring tone business started to be as profitable as the sexually explicit web sites of the moment. To optimize the process and reduce the amount of employees, Mobimex created a ring tone line IVR to handle all incoming orders. The IVR is based on Intel Dialogic hardware and development on CT ADE platform. The key tasks for the


	SMS Auction Mobile mates and Mobimex developed a capable system to sell SMS in the UK, Austria, Germany, and also in cooperation with selected travel agencies. The idea as a whole is to send SMS to the server to receive the prices of specific products. Because people are using Premium rated SMS, with each SMS used, the price lowers. You get the actual product price, and once this is sent to you and you decide on your purchase, you must send a second SMS and receive further instructions, on how to purchase the products at the selected price. Started and tested for the 1st time in Bulgaria, the SMS auction generated 1.2 million SMS in a short, one month period. In Bulgaria, the system was selling mobile phones as well as holiday packages.
