For this project we were using Intel Dialogic hardware and the software platform, CT ADE. The IVR system was created for a divertissement company selling tickets for different events. The caller can select from a menu the type of event of interest and then, after selecting other details using DTMF tones, he is asked to input his credit card

IVR - Ring Tone Order Line
In 1999, the ring tone business started to be as profitable as the sexually explicit web sites of the moment. To optimize the process and reduce the amount of employees, Mobimex created a ring tone line IVR to handle all incoming orders. The IVR is based on Intel Dialogic hardware and development on CT ADE platform. The key tasks for the


	New mobile content is coming. We increased the amount of musicians we have for producing mobile polyphonic and ring tones. Now we are able to follow UK, Germany, Australia top charts and to provide to our customers weekly fresh update. With these changers we are able to produce weekly over 400 new tunes in all mobile formats. Along with this we started preparing more true tones with cool sound and effects. At the moment our target mobile brands are Nokia and Samsung. Partners working with us are able to update their own databases using our CSV files and for those who use white label web sites the changes will happen automatically.
